How do I book a taxi?
Filling in the booking form, or requesting that we call you.
How do I know that the booking is confirmed?
You will receive an SMS, or email, or a phone call, according to your preferred method of communication.
How do I cancel or modify a booking?
By clicking here or calling 644 699 699.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, by requesting them when making the booking and without any additional charges.
How much luggage am I allowed to have?
If you have a lot of luggage, let us know when booking; there are no additional charges..
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, VAT is included in the prices.
Do the prices include tolls?
No, tolls are not included in the prices.
What if I need the receipt?
Request it and we will send it to you within 24 hours or we can deliver it to you at the end of the service.
Where will I be picked up at the airport or stations?
In the arrivals hall of the respective terminal with a sign on behalf of the booking, unless otherwise specified by the customer (by indicating on the booking form).
What happens if the plane, train or bus arrives late?
We will wait for you without any additional charges.
What methods of payment are accepted?
Card, cash or bank transfer.
How much does the Taxi service cost?
The current rates of the Municipality of Madrid will be applied to the Taxi services.
Are the website and advertised services legal?
Of course they are!
In 2015, at the request of the Consejería de Transporte de la Comunidad de Madrid (Madrid Community Transportation Council), all of the required VTC documentation was presented. There were no exceptions made nor were there any irregular media situations or breaches made on behalf of said body.
Do you have any relation to Uber, UberX or Cabify
No, our platform began their activity before UberX and there is no connection with Uber or with Cabify.
